RESERVATION FAQ"S
HOW DO I MAKE A RESERVATION?
Reservations can be made one of two (2) easy ways. Phone or Fax. Telephone reservations can be made by calling us toll free @ 1-866-323-6005 or our direct office number (203) 323-6008 or Fax (203) 323-6007.
To help us expedite your arrangements in a more timely manner, please have the following information available when speaking with a Reservationist:
1. Passenger's Name or Account Number
2. Trip Date & Day
3. Type of Service: Sedan, Limosuine, Van or Bus
4. Airport Pick-Ups: Airline, Flight Number, Arrival Time & From
5. Destination: Airport, Airline, etc. or Address
6. Any Special Instructions To Dispatcher or Chauffeur
7. Person's Name Who Placed Order & Telephone Number
AIRPORT ARRIVALS
Unless otherwise ordered, the chauffeur will meet arriving passengers at the airline security area. The chauffeur will wear a name tag with either the passenger's name or the name of the company.
If for any reason the chauffeur cannot contact the passenger immediately, the chauffeur will:
a. notify the dispatcher at central dispatch
b. confirm the passenger's reservation with the airline
c. check with the passenger's final destination to see if there has been a change of plans by the passenger.
If you do not make contact with your chauffeur at your designated pick-up location, do not call your office or home, CALL US DIRECTLY at 1-866-323-6005. It's best for our dispatcher to speak directly to you and our chauffeur to enable us to complete your pick-up quickly.
WHAT DO I DO IF I HAVE A LAST MINUTE CHANGE?
If, in the event there are any last minutes changes to your schedule, call us toll free at 1-866-323-6005. You will be connected to our dispatch staff to adjust your travel needs.
WHAT DO I DO WHEN MY FLIGHT IS DELAYED?
We electronically monitor all flights. Our dispatchers will adjust your transportation schedule accordingly.
WHAT DO I DO WHEN I'M IN YOUR VEHICLE AND MY PLANS CHANGE?
Should your plans change while you're in transport, notify our chauffeur. The chauffeur will in turn notify our dispatch office to adjust our schedule to accommodate the change.
HOW DO I GET A RECEIPT?
Receipts for completed service, can be faxed over or mailed. The driver can also give you a trip ticket payment.
HOW DO I PAY FOR YOUR SERVICE?
Priviate use accounts are limited to payment by credit cards. Amex, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and Diners Club are accepted. Credit cards will be charged only after service is renderd. Credit information is required to be submitted upon the opening of an account and can be charged at any time.
For all business use accounts billing option is available. We require acredit card as back up. We bill our accounts monthly (on the 30th of each calender month). The business client is required to submit payment within a thirty (30) day time frame. We reserve the right to charge the balance due, to provided back up credit card. In this event, you will be notified prior to the charge.
WHAT TYPE OF ACCOUNT CAN I OPEN?
Accounts can be opened to service all of our customers' requirements, whether you are private user or business user. An account number will be assigned to you for booking and charging your travel activites.
Be aware that reservations not cancelled at least 4 hours before pickup time are subject to a "Late Cancellaton" or "No Show" charge.
The information gathered is strictly confidential and shall soley be used for the purpose of the company . Contact and billing will not be distributed to any unauthroized parties.
